Based at Delhi, B.COM (H), FCA, PGDBA, DISA is the founder of the Manoj Pahwa & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has qualified the certificate course on valuation conducted by ICAI. He was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2001 and has an experience of more than 18 years in almost every facet of Income Tax and the accounting profession.

Having expertise in handling Foreign Exchange Management Act, Economic issues, Foreign Direct Investment in India and is a consultant to a number of Multi National Companies. He has advised many blue-chip multinational companies on entry strategies for setting up operations in India, as well as, large Indian companies on tax, foreign exchange and compliance issues.

Mr. Manoj K Pahwa is the co-convener of the study group on Foreign Currency Regulation Act of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was President of Young Chartered Accountants’ Federation.

He was the Vice-Chairman of Direct Taxes Committee of All India Chartered Accountants’ Society. Mr. Manoj K Pahwa has delivered lectures and conducted seminars on FCRA, FEMA, and Corporate Laws etc in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Ranchi and other places in the country.

Mr. Manoj K Pahwa is through academician and in endeavor to fulfill his dreams he started a college for professional courses.

He is chairman of Weltweit Foundation which is running the “Weltweit College”. He is guest faculty to National Institute of Financial Management, Run by Ministry of Finance on FEMA. CA.
